We collect IP addresses specifically for:

IP Retention Policy

  • Active users: 90 days
  • Banned/suspended users: 2 years (for legal compliance and fraud prevention)
  • Automatically deleted after retention period

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active

  • IP logs: 90 days (active) or 2 years (banned)
  • Analytics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely
  • Deleted accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Encrypted passwords (bcrypt)
  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure data storage (Supabase infrastructure)
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and authentication

However, no system is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and protect your account.

8. Children's Privacy

Konverse is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

Konverse is operated in the United States. Your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
